EXHIBITOR APPLICATION/REFUSAL POLICY
Star-Events reserves the right to evaluate and decline, at their sole discretion, any exhibitor application. This decision may be based on, but is not limited to, criteria such as the nature of the exhibit, product or service offered by the exhibitor, potential confl icts of interest, non-compliance with the event’s objectives and guidelines, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Star-Events. Star-Events are not obligated to provide an explanation for the refusal.
REFUND & LEAD GENERATION/SALES POLICY
No refunds will be issued once the event has commenced. Cancellations received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days of the event date are eligible for a fi fty percent (50%) refund.
The Star-Events makes no guarantees regarding the number or quality of leads, sales, or business opportunities generated by participation. Results may vary depending on individuale ort, product or service o ered, and attendee interest. Star-Events is not responsible for the level of engagement or business outcomes achieved by exhibitors or participants.
VENDOR COMPLIANCE AND REMOVAL POLICY
All vendors are required to adhere strictly to the event rules, regulations, and procedures as set forth by the event promoter and outlined in the vendor agreement or communicated prior to or during the event. Failure to comply with these rules—including but not limited to safety protocols, conduct expectations, setup and teardown procedures, payment terms, and any other event guidelines—may result in immediate removal from the event at the sole discretion of Star-Events’ designated sta .
Star-Events reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event without warning if, in the promoter’s judgment, the vendor is in violation of any rules or is engaging in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise detrimental to the event.
No refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be issued to vendors who are removed from the event for non-compliance. By participating in the event, vendors acknowledge and accept this policy.
